Veneers
Veneers
are a composite, tooth-colored resin that we apply to your teeth to give you a bright white, straight, beautiful smile. Veneers can require tooth reduction in order to fit properly over the existing teeth, so this treatment is generally not reversible. Veneers are strong material and should withstand the wear and tear of a daily diet, but engaging in activities like chewing on solid objects or opening containers with your teeth is not recommended. If you are known to grind or clench teeth in your sleep, a mouth guard could be recommended if you have veneers.
